The KDE browser integration consists of two parts:
A host application, to which the browser extension talks to. This one is available in the arch repositories: https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/plasma-browser-integration/.
The browser extension that connects to the aforementioned host application. This can be installed either from the chrome web store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/plasma-integration/cimiefiiaegbelhefglklhhakcgmhkai or by using this AUR package.
You can refer to the KDE wiki for more information: https://community.kde.org/Plasma/Browser_Integration.
