@usc3l 添加 cap_net_admin 主要是为了 auto-route 功能。如果自己真的有绑定低端口号的需求的话，感觉用 pacman hooks 更好一些？

@sukanka it seems a good idea, but in my opinion, providing a never exists package is a little weird. Maybe I'll add clash-premium to provides in the future :)

clash-for-windows-electron-bin now optionally depends on clash-premium-bin since clash-premium is unavailable. But I think it is better to make it optionally depends on clash-premium.

https://github.com/Kr328/clash-premium-installer has been deprecated.

I think now this package can be merged into clash-premium-bin.
