For those of you using KDE and seeing ampersands in the sidebar text like Li&brary or &Internet

This is the fix kwriteconfig5 --file kdeglobals --group Development --key AutoCheckAccelerators "false"

Explanation of Workaround can be found here:

Thank you Chocobozzz! Spotify blob isn't worth the hassle imo.

Chocobozzz commented on 2018-12-10 08:02

It should be fixed.

But I don't support compilation of spotify blob anymore.

SolarAquarion commented on 2018-12-09 17:59

libspotify has been irreversibly broken as there is no way to do a rebuild

Meirion commented on 2018-12-08 16:39

same issue here. first have to install protobuf-static, replacing protobuf, then get the linking error

gpettinello commented on 2018-12-08 12:41

I get an error because there is no static implementation of protobuf. Once installed protobuf-static I get error during linking with spotify. Anybody else has the same issue??

trougnouf commented on 2018-12-07 10:41

I get the following error:

==> Starting prepare()...

==> ERROR: A failure occurred in prepare().

unless I comment out the Spotify stuff, then I get:

Also, the .install isn't needed anymore as the commands are part of the pacman hooks within dependencies.

Chocobozzz commented on 2018-06-04 07:48

Thanks, we use official libmygpo-qt5 package now.

jclc commented on 2018-06-03 23:35

Yes, the dependency should be changed to libmygpo-qt5 since both the base package and the AUR git package provide the same dependency
