This recent change in the PKGBUILD implies a manual intervention:

Anyone that has any prior version of clipboard-git v0.2.0.r289.7c9418a-1 currently installed and that didn't upgraded to the latest version yet will need to run rm /usr/bin/cb (as root or with elevated privileges) before doing the upgrade.
This will only be needed once and should not happen again with any future upgrades :)
