@TornaxO7: You can start it from terminal with java -Xmx1024M -Xms512M -jar /opt/cmpdl/cmpdl.jar, or from a GUI start menu under "CMPDL" (see also cat /usr/share/applications/cmpdl.desktop)

How can I start it in a terminal? There's no cmpdl command.

Package has a dependency java-openjfx=8, but this does not include the rather official way of installing openjfx8, which is trough the java8-openjfx package.
