electron32AUR (electron32-binAUR)

Both electron32 or electron32-bin can run this package.You should know that,electron32 was in the [extra] repo before, maybe someone had installed it before.

Please help to change the depends from electron32 to electron32-bin(prebuilt binary version), as the source code of electron is 62GB huge, it's so a big effort for every user to download and compile it.

I have verified it worked as expected.
