@KerrickStaley: the HSL is not provided in this build as it's subject to some licenses, see src/Ipopt-3.12.9/ThirdParty/HSL/INSTALL.HSL to know how to get HSL

I get the following error when I try to run my model:

Exception message: Selected linear solver MA27 not available. Tried to obtain MA27 from shared library "libhsl.so", but the following error occured: libhsl.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Is there an optional dependency I can install to provide the file "libhsl.so"?

Apparently, the build process depends on `wget` (should a build download files??) > Utility wget not found in your PATH. This should be made explicit in the PKGBUILD.

Build fails unless a fortran compiler is installed, please add 'gcc-fortran' as a dependency. also 3.12.5 has been released,flagged out-of-date

@xantares: I think that you re-upload a package with the wrong set of dependencies, coin-or-coinutils is not needed to build ipopt, and you need lapack in the dependencies.

IMHO the package of bchretien contains more functionalities than yours and before the merge those functionalities should be added.

Why not make a request on the AUR mailing list to rename the package (after notifying me)? That way we don't lose all the comments that may have been done over the years by people trying to build it (which can help some users having troubles compiling it).
