@xiota could you add libprotobuf.so to dependencies? Compiz depends on exact soname version of this library and everytime protobuf upgrades, it silently stop working, which is quite annoing.

@xiota Fix is confirmed as well!

The crash is confirmed (the bug report is by me). I will confirm the patch asap (could take a while though).

@PhotonX Please confirm the crash and test the patch. Otherwise, I would prefer to wait for upstream to take care of it first.

Could you please include the following patch which is supposed to fix a crash? https://bugs.launchpad.net/compiz/+bug/2060620 (I haven't had time to test it yet though)

Old patches were inherited from previous maintainers (0001-0005). New patches were generated from upstream git repo (0006-1002). The a file looks like a temporary file that was committed accidentally.

I've disabled the 1001-1002 patches because they appear to be Debian/Ubuntu-specific. Did not bump pkgrel because they do not appear to affect the final package, and there is no need to rebuild.

@kanehekili Library errors indicate that you need to rebuild. Manjaro recently pushed some significant updates. If you already rebuilt recently (within the last day), there's nothing I can do to help you. This package is working as expected on vanilla Arch.
