After the recent update to 1.17.7, my Lua scripts are not rendering properly. Is anyone else having the same issue? Is there a fix?

The out_to_wayland configuration option is not supported. I believe this would require building with BUILD_WAYLAND=ON (it is off by default)

Overall version was dowgraded, because of the removal of epoch=1. Please add that back, and never dowgrade/remove epoch again. Thank you.

Please kindly remove the current pkgdesc and add something like the following:

Lightweight system monitor for X, Wayland, console, or file/HTTP output (with Cairo/Cairo-Lua support)

(Also, there's no need for users to edit this PKGBUILD to build the git main branch version, as there is a separate conky-git package.)

Appears Brenden has a fix https://github.com/brndnmtthws/conky/issues/1344 - so is resolved...

FYI the issue with the 'table' error seems to be fixed in 1.16.1

Version 1.16 build fails with this error message:
