@ruidc huh, I thought I solved that with the package-custom-resources make target, but I guess I didn't. I'll investigate that soon

running: copilot env deploy --name dev-new

resulted in:

✘ upload artifacts for environment dev-new: read custom resources for environment dev-new: read custom resource BucketCleanerFunction at path custom-resources/bucket-cleaner.js: read template custom-resources/bucket-cleaner.js: open templates/custom-resources/bucket-cleaner.js: file does not exist

however, it worked with the official version at https://github.com/aws/copilot-cli/releases/latest/download/copilot-linux

they seem to have pulled the release !?

The source link appears to be broken - as I'm getting a 404 trying to download it.
