I assume we can't avoid to build everything (not only for runcon,chcon,etc...) Tell me if you know how avoid building bins avaiable at Extra repo.

External libstdbuf.so will be installed at next stable uutils by default: https://github.com/uutils/coreutils/pull/8238 So we don't need to build anymore at next ver.

I've actually made a PKGBUILD for something exactly like this a few days ago, but I was hesitant to push it up to the AUR 😅. I've just put it in a GitHub Gist. Feel free to take ideas from it or use it for this package 👍.
