Yes, this is not a good choice I made... On Git repo, the version set by CMake is 2.91. But I haven't tagged this version on Git (with git tag). So I have manually set 2.91 in PKGBUILD. When pkgver() is run in PKGBUILD, it shows the last Git tag (which is 2.2.2). 2.2.2.rX (with X > 0) is the same like 2.91.0.rY. It changes nothing, don't worry about it (I think I will avoid to do this in future).

There's some inconsistency: The AUR web interface says: "Package Details: cpu-x-git 2.91.0.r0.16a5f27-1" PKGBUILD says: pkgver=2.2.2.r83.g7d45def
