Perhaps consider changing this to track https://github.com/HiGarfield/cpulimit which seems to be the most actively maintained fork. (Upstream hasn’t seen any commits in 9 years, HiGarfield’s has a commit from yesterday.)

I switched to git+https and added a patch as sysctl.h was removed from recent versions of linux.
