Binaries belong in /usr/bin/.

Services belong in /usr/lib/systemd/. When the service is enabled, a symlink is created in /etc/systemd/. Please correct this.

Your also missing the desktop file, metainfo file and the icons.

FYI, python-jsbeautifier from the repos works fine. No need to use the js-beautify AUR package.
