I think your problem kapuchai is linked with electron. You can export WEBKIT_DISABLE_COMPOSITING_MODE=1 globally to your system.

Installed, but can't launch. The gtk window appears for a moment then crashes. Using KDE and nvidia, tried adding the variable from github. Here's the error message: Gdk-Message: 18:49:06.341: Error 71 (Protocol error) dispatching to Wayland display.

I fixed the package by reverting back to github instead of gitlab

Because the repo has been privated as my github is where i primary do development. You would have to wait for the repo to be updated
