Renamed to cronie-selinux

Since cronie is now in core, I adopted the changes in the PKGBUILD to be more Arch Linux compatible.

Thanx for reporting. Upgraded to latest stable upstream version, please test, that all works as supposed to.

Initial release of SELinux enabled cron daemon.
