Yeah I'm sorry I am unable to help you, it's a shame that Crunchyroll doesn't have something as simple as English subtitles for what you are watching. Maybe try watching it somewhere else that does maybe?

Hey Unfortunately no, this would fall under Crunchyroll and the creators of the content creators that create the content they host to add the subtitles. It could be possible to add a 3rd party feature to use 3rd party subtitles but that would be a lot of work and could break.

Hey, is there any option to load external subtitles?. For those series without english or other language subtitles.
