The migration to /usr/bin has broken this even more.

Needs an additional s/AM_CONFIG_HEADER/AC_CONFIG_HEADERS on configure.ac in order to compile.

Please update the pkgbuild by adding x86_64 to arch anche etc/csync2.cfg to backup like this: http://pastie.org/3890576 Thanks.
