many flags have an env variable equivalent

I symlink chromium-flags.conf containing --enable-wayland-ime --wayland-text-input-version=3.

Let's remove resources/appimageupdatetool.AppImage (~40MB) and enable strip. (Ofcause, it is not a main reason for increasing size. it is caused by compressing. But cursor-electron is smaller than -bin).

And I believe cursor/locales/*.pak is unused by cursor itself and only en-*.pak is needed.

i am not interested in a merge. i can't use cursor-bin in its current form because of the aforementioned appimage bug, and i doubt its users want their package to triple in size if they don't use multi-call tools.

as far as i can tell, the flags file is not an upstream feature and thus i have no plan to support it right now. what is your use case? many flags have an env variable equivalent that you can set in you de/wm of choice, for instance that is how i set ELECTRON_OZONE_PLATFORM_HINT to auto on my machines.

@Altareos I see. Is there any plan to support flags? Because it is supported by -bin and those packages are mostly duprecating and spreading votes. I want to merge those packages.

@oech3 the appimage version provided by cursor-bin (and formerly cursor-appimage) still breaks rustup in the integrated terminal on my machine, and as long as it does i will keep updating this package.

i suppose voltajs has the same kind of problem with multi-call binaries (and so does busybox for example).

you're free to use cursor-bin if it works for you, though :)

I don't see no reason to leave this package since cursor-bin also supports flags. @igunublue What is problem with voltaJs and is it still active?

And empty depends is odd.
