Similar issues as cuttlefish-base-git.

Please see the updated PKGBUILD of cuttlefish-base-git for fixes.

Needs:

All files it uses included in source directory,
no access outside of $srcdir while building,
provides and conflicts with cuttlefish-user,
a proper pkgver() function,
maybe others.

Please fix.

Please kindly implement the needed pkgver() function in PKGBUILD, as per Arch Wiki's VCS package guidelines.
