I've updated the package, now it installs to /opt/resolve, thus making it incompatible with the installation of the non-studio version.
This solves the problems with the RED driver library mismatch, etc.
Thanks for the heads up @laemplein ;)

@laemplein thanks for the info, I usually have both installed in case I don't have the dongle with me...
I will see if I can change the hard-coded path problems, or make it incompatible with the non-studio build.
Cool package, thank you so much!
I discovered a problem: when installing the Studio Version in parallel to the Free Version I got an Error (reading a mismatch in a RED driver). Annoying but not a big problem. But as soon as I deinstalled the 'davinci-resolve', the Studio version won't start at all. I was able to solve this by adding a link:
ln -s /opt/resolve-studio /opt/resolve
It seemes that the Studio Version is looking for the /opt/resolve Folder. This dirty link redirects the Studio Version back to its own installation.
Maybe it is a cleaner way to install 'davinci-resolve-studio' into /opt/resolve in the first place and require it to uninstall 'davinci-resolve' first?
You will need either a license key or a USB dongle to use this software.
Package based on https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/davinci-resolve/ just changed the sha256sum, file name and added UDEV rules for the dongle.
