Thanks for the recommendation, @delusional. I don't think versioned releases were available when I first packaged this, but I'm using them now. Unfortunately this means nothing will break when a new release comes out, so I'll have to figure out another way to be notified when that happens ;)

Thanks for packaging this, but the hash for the tar is out of date. IBM has released a new version, and the link that you have automatically updates. Consider either linking to the static version (https://public.dhe.ibm.com/ibmdl/export/pub/software/data/db2/drivers/odbc_cli/v11.5.8/) or skipping the hash check and making it clear in the package name that it's a moving target.
