When you run the command "sudo -u deb tap" generates an error in the search of the repositories, imposibilitando the subsequent implementation of the debstap. In Manjaro I get an error.

This has been mentioned many times before. pkgfile doesn't work (yet) in Manjaro, please ask on their boards about this!

In Manjaro debtap -u does give errors, and it does not work asking to run debtap -u .

I was trying to port YUMI to AUR from http://www.pendrivelinux.com/downloads/YUMI/debian/yumi_0.0.1-1_all.deb and http://www.pendrivelinux.com/downloads/YUMI/ubuntu/yumi_0.0.1.orig.tar.gz as I noticed it is still not here, and as I am a newbie making packages if someone does it before I do, thanks in advance.

>I know, I just like GPLv2 better :)
OK, then.

>If there is no license, you just press Enter.
The problem was no feedback after I do that, so I thought debtap was erroneously waiting for more input :) Hadn't realized the notebook fans are working harder ;)

I know, I just like GPLv2 better :)

Sorry for not being clear, GPL2 should be used in the PKGBUILD of debtap itself because that's what it's called in the Archlinux license package.

@neven

GPLv2 and GPL2 is the same thing. If there is no license, you just press Enter. The same applies for packager name, if you don't want to enter any name, you just press Enter.

Seems to be a bug: debtap just waits for more input forever after asking for license. Btw, what should be done if there's no license?

s/GPLv2/GPL2/
