@funkmuscle the reason this is happening, is unlike a lot of other pkgbuilds this pkgbuild does not download the .tar.gz package is it is hidden behind a email download. so to get the required package you first have to go to the website in the url tag, select the linux version, the fill in your information(to get the file you do NOT need to select "please add me to the decent samples mailing list"). after filling it in you should get a download pop-up, after that take the file from your downloads folder and place it in the decent-sampler-bin folder for the aur-helper you are using. this will allow you to build the package.
