OK I noticed an error, and it seems specifically related to this package, not a general deemix bug. I noticed on Arch / Cinnamon that the folder button to open nemo does not work anymore. nemo freezes (as shown in the system monitor).
However, the latest appimage as downloaded from: https://download.deemix.workers.dev/gui/ still opens it with all the same settings. I am not sure why this particular package doesn't work with the save location, while the other one does. However, it might be prudent to edit the pkgbuild somehow to get this version of the appimage to use.

Upstream URL should probably be updated to reflect the GitLab repo, as the deemix.app domain currently has invalid SSL certs and will be expiring soon.

There will be no future updates to deemix, see this post (archived version) from the original dev for details.
