Moved to new upstream (gitea). @bipin: Welcome to the AUR. The AUR is, by definition, not hosting sources but only providing recipes of how to build the software with pacman. Thus, hosting the source inside the package would be against the rules here.

Can you use the files instead of UPSTREAM url?

Yes, unfortunately gitlab seems to have taken down the repo and blocked the user. I'll search for a new upstream and update the PKGBUILD when successful.
