I found installation instructions here https://github.com/cemkaya-mpi/Dell-G15-Controller/blob/master/README.md. Can anyone please tell me how to properly install step by step. I am new to this udev and plug dev stuff also to ArchLinux. I am having Dell G15 5520. I installed dell-g15-controller package through pamac and added plugdev user but it is showing that this device is not 5525.

I'm also having the sha256 problem when I try to update via pamac on Manjaro Linux. However, this problem does not occur via git clone + makepkg...

I just tried via git clone and makepkg, and the sha256sums were ok. @theRealCarneiro could you try again?

G15 5520 is supported from v3.4 onwards.

For G15 5520 fan and power mode support, edit main.py and edit around line 69: change _SB.AMW3.WMAX to _SB.AMWW.WMAX. USTT_FullSpeed not working.

For keyboard backlight control, make sure the user is part of the plugdev group.
