The latest version is 3.1.25. Please manually change the value of pkgver in PKGBUILD file as 3.1.25 if you want to install.

The github release URL 404s, rather odd it seems like they've deleted all but the latest release, tags stil remain just no build artifacts. See https://github.com/pavlobu/deskreen/releases
