Enabled HUD, experimental microphone input and experimental wifi support.

cheats should be in the GTK+ version. They are different because upstream decided to develop 2 frontends, don't ask me why. I believe GTK+ is the preferred one and I may remove the glade one after the next release.

why the desmume in Community repository, either desmume-gtk or desmume-glade, the menu is not full featured, e.g. I can't find the *cheat* menu in *emulation* and gtk version's menu is not same as glade version's, why? why? why?
