The libinput upstream package has been split (https://gitlab.archlinux.org/archlinux/packaging/packages/libinput/-/commit/54d800f1c53d1fe9770bd46a8fa04b9f30467073) in such a way that the libinput binary (/usr/bin/libinput) is now provided by libinput-tools. This package should probably depend on libinput-tools.
