trying to install and I get the following error:

Updating crates.io index error: cannot create the lock file /home/chris/.cache/yay/devchron/src/DevChron-0.1.0/Cargo.lock because --locked was passed to prevent this help: to generate the lock file without accessing the network, remove the --locked flag and use --offline instead. ==> ERROR: A failure occurred in build(). Aborting... -> error making: devchron-exit status 4 -> Failed to install the following packages. Manual intervention is required: devchron - exit status 4
