Anyone looking for a refreshed devscripts package, version 2.16.1 (latest Debian 8), see:

This conflicts with bash-completion, so it is marked as so. This occurs on file:
/usr/share/bash-completion/completions/bts
I use devscripts for pbuilder work, so I had to do it anyway :)

Also $(LIBDIR) in line 38 of fixes.patch needs to be changed to $(PKGLIBDIR) for it to apply correctly.

As I do not use this package (I use a Docker container for Debian packaging) please tell me whenever a dependency is missing, so that I can move it from a make dependency to a normal dependency.
