Should be -git package, also download needs to be changed to git+https.

Thank you for this great hook for automatically (re)restarting openvpn connection on any changes in the connection. However, the default script 40-openvpn hook caused a race condition between netctl-auto@wifi and opevpn@ service. I suspect this is because the line BOUND|INFORM|REBIND|REBOOT|RENEW|TIMEOUT|STATIC) also triggers a SIGUSR at INFORM. Removing INFORM helped it to work just fine -- now I can seamlessly switch between eth0 and wifi0, and the openvpn connection remains updated. Excellent!
