Build doesn't work because git repository changed: https://invent.kde.org/graphics/digikam.git

EDIT: I think it is fixed by removing libmagick6

It works for me. Add 'imagemagick' dependency. Then makepkg -sicC. Don't use Aur helper.

I installed im7 (the correct one, version 7.0.9.10-1), now it's complaining about some missing functions I think:

@danieltetraquark I see in @ctouze comment 'libdigikamcore.so.6.2.0] Error'==> it clearly means Imagemagick 6 is installed on computer, CMAKES looks for Imagemagick 7. If I remember my own experience, Digikam build doesnt like that. Uninstall IM6. You need only IM7 to compile DK. If you neeed IM6, you can reinstall it after installing digikam.

danieltetraquark commented on 2019-12-30 21:28 (UTC)

@ctouze did you find a solution? If have imagemagick installed and the build still fails with exact same error. I don't think it is an upstream bug.

maderios commented on 2019-08-24 09:30 (UTC)

Digikam needs Imagemagick dependency

maderios commented on 2019-05-30 14:50 (UTC)

@ctouze This is digikam git version. You may report bugs upstream https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi
