The link in the comment at the top of the _dngconverter file generates a "page not found" error.

The current version of adobe dng converter is 14.5, an update would be great because it contains several of the new cameras just released b Canon and Nikon.

oh yes, sorry - with 13.0 dngconverter requires windows 10 and it seems winetricks is needed to set that from the command line
