The update to 2.21 brings some patches I added that are needed like building using Python 3 and a small addition of -o to manlifter, the manlifter man page references a -o option and manlifter itself does not recognize it. One of the patches added fixes this issue as well. Let me know if you encounter any issues and be sure to let the doclifter author know as well.

The current version is 2.15.
