Nope, it's licensed mainly under MIT, but also dual-licensed under Boost: You can easily see that in https://github.com/docopt/docopt.cpp/

The upstream has license as boost 1.0, whereas here the license is listed as MIT. Is that an error or a change not yet reflected downstream here?
