platinumarts.net is no longer up, so this package is broken. I found alternative sources for LMS at filefront: doom3.filefront.com/file/Last_Man_Standing_Coop;88688 Additionally, I got the Alucard extension to the mod, here: http://www.gamefront.com/files/21746508. It adds more maps, monsters, and tweaks from the last few years. Not sure how you can get raw URLs to the zip files from gamefront, though, the download URLs are all gobbly gook. I'd just consider hosting them from Dropbox or some other public facing file store.
