The link here to phantasm is broken and outdated. Version 2 is out on moddb, here: http://www.moddb.com/games/project-phantasm/downloads/phantasm-d3-beyond-20-doom-3-version
I don't know if its possible to link directly to moddb hosted files, so it might be necessary to rehost elsewhere to get this pkg working again.
