That shouldn't be too difficult to patch. How did you obtain your copy of the ROM?

wadgen only works with *.z64 format, not any of the others.

Relevant IRC:
<chungy> ERROR: Rom checksum verification failed. Rom is either broken or corrupted
<Kaiser> its a bug. only .z64 roms is supported
<Kaiser> wadgen was suppose to do the byteswapping for you but its not doing it right
