Thanks for mentioning.

However, it are simple shell and perl scripts, no binaries, so there is no reason to call it dpatch-bin.

If you insist that it is otherwise, please tell me to the place which states that also packages containing only shell scripts and perl scripts and documentation should be named -bin, if they come from an archive which is not a tar or similar but a .deb or .rpm.
