Worked for me with 9.16.0. Here is diff output.

Works for me when changing pkgver to 9.15.1 and adding --without-manual to the configure command.

Also, even when correcting the URL, I get the following errors:

This package does not install anymore, because the linked version 9.11 has been moved to the archive subpage. I'd suggest updating the url to one of the more recent versions:
