I don't currently have an Arch Linux install. Someone else can pick this up if they want to.
Generally, you just need to update the pkgver and sha1sum.

Yup. That's what the --sbindir=/usr/bin part in the pkgbuild does. I changed that in 1.9-3

Updated.
Their initial 1.9.2 tar.gz had a different internal structure than usual. It looks like they corrected that.
I also switched to sha1sums since you can check them here: https://www.duosecurity.com/docs/checksums#duounix
