It would probably be a simpler option to git revert
the commit that removed setup_dxvk.sh
instead of providing a copy of it.

Recent git update broke many packages. I've worked around this for now.

@niobium93
Ah I misunderstood what that file was doing, still at least it's setting the correct variable now!
niobium93 commented on 2022-10-19 03:27 (UTC)
@csutcliff I fixed the environment variable and renamed the file containing it to stop people confusing it with the dxvk config file. (It gets installed into /etc/environment.d/
and sets that environment variable globally.) Hopefully this should all work. If not tell me.

is the included dxvk.conf correct?
ASYNC_DXVK=1
The docs say:
Set the environment variable DXVK_ASYNC=1 or use dxvk.enableAsync = true in dxvk.conf
Should it actually contain dxvk.enableAsync = true
?

Never mind I just realized I can unflag it myself.

@oneofone The package isn't out of date. The master branch of dxvk that we build still refers to itself as 1.10.1
. The 1.10.x
branch for maintenance releases is at 1.10.3
. See this and this. Please unflag this as out-of-date as there isn't anything I can do about this. It's up to upstream to fix their versioning.

I've taken over as maintainer, updated the package and will continue keeping it up to date.

Transferred ownership to nioblum93 since I don't use Arch anymore
