The upstream website seems to have changed to a Cloudflare proxy. This makes it very difficult to headless download the RAR file. I have uploaded the RAR to the Internet Archive and will now use this mirror. The SHA2-256 is exactly the same as the upstream file.

@Sematre
This is the output with WINEDEBUG=+all
I'm using a shared server and using https://github.com/fsquillace/junest to install arch packages because I don't have root. This works only with wine64 for me.

@kaypirus Hey, sorry for taking so long to respond. Can you elaborate further in which cases this error occurs? I was trying to recreate this error, but everything I tried was working for me.

Thanks for letting me know. As my computer is broken right now, I won't be able to take care of it for another week or two.

Running this gives me this error:
wine: a wine server seems to be running, but I cannot connect to it. You probably need to kill that process.
Killing that process doesn't fix it. I had to change wine to wine64 in start-eac3to.sh or directly in /usr/bin/eac3to
Edit : Also if you ever have "This audio/video conversion is not supported" when you're trying to rip content with Dolby Vision, downgrade to eac3to 3.34
