updated to 6.4.19.3

Seems like someone renamed package from 'easyeda' to 'easyeda-bin', so now package is in conflict with 'easyeda'. I don`t know if this should be specified in PKGBUILD

6.4.19.3 is released. Upgrading the version seems to work
