for two reasons i find it practical to permit at least two versions. first, to allow having open the year before in parallel, for people who cannot remember how they put it. and second, for the ones really slow.

@soloturn Would you like to keep these as separate packages per year? I usually finish my declaration during the same year, so I just need the most current version (hence my versioning scheme).
