Latest version broke completely - pydev broke, no "Software updates" possible. Downgraded to 2:4.27-1 with success.

I'm experiencing huge delays and occasional freezes when opening Dockerfiles in eclipse-cpp. The console output shows errors like:

/usr/lib/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.linuxtools.docker.editor.ls_1.0.1.202206072042/language-server/node_modules/vscode-jsonrpc/lib/common/linkedMap.js:40

    return this._head?.value;
                      ^

SyntaxError: Unexpected token '.'

This happened with 4.23 and also with the new 4.24. I am using openjdk 18.0.1.1.u2-1. Anyone else is experiencing the same? Any ideas about how to solve? Thanks.

2022-03 is scheduled to be released on March 16th, 2022. I'll update the PKGBUILD as soon as the release is available.

That means you had made changes to /usr/lib/eclipse/eclipse.ini so the update didn't overwrite it. Replace that eclipse.ini with the eclipse.ini.pacnew in the same directory (and, if you need to, apply the same changes to the new file).

updated freshly, got: plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.gtk.linux.x86_64_1.2.0.v20200915-1442: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

when trying to start eclipse

Hi @Alex, since the original eclipse package has been split into multiple single packages, this and eclipse-cpp are duplicates. Would you agree with merging? I will add you as co-maintainer if you're interested :)
