I'm not sure about this line too:
-Dosgi.configuration.area=@user.home/.config/eclipse
in eclipse.ini.
It should be: ".config/eclipse-jee", so it would mess with other Eclipse installations.

Some of the files can't be checked, please help me to fix the integrity check :).
Also, this package is clone of: http://aur.archlinux.org/packages.php?ID=18067, the difference is that this version can be installed along side classic Eclipse.
