@carstene1ns could you downgrade the version offered here to 20190820? There's a bug which prevents one from progressing in the game. It's discussed here:

If you edit the PKGBUILD with the new version numbers and the correct sha256sum, doing manual build of the package with command makepkg, the package is built correctly with the last version of eduke32.

I have mailed carstene1ns the new PKGBUILD file. I hope he will be able to update soon and take out-of-date status of the package.
